The restaurant Fleur de Sel has been awarded a Michelin star. The award, recognizing an exceptional quality of food, service and atmosphere, represents the highest level of restaurant and culinary awards on a global scale.
“A 60 km journey from the center of Belgrade to this fascinating place offering supreme cuisine and excellent wines is well worth the effort. The restaurant is surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards, and the dining room is in an elegant, classic and contemporary style, with large windows through which the guests can enjoy panoramic views of the tranquil Danube river , vineyards and the greenery surrounding the restaurant. It is here that the talented chef Nikola Stojaković prepares dishes inspired by Serbian tradition and local ingredients, adding his own creativity which he has developed by working all over the world. Guests can choose between the dishes by choice (à la carte) or three tasting menus – we especially recommend the ”From the Danube to the Adriatic” menu, containing a choice of freshwater and sea fish. If you are searching for a culinary experience that’s taking you closer to the kitchen, where you watch the chefs work, choose the table behind the chef.
