Restaurant Fleur de Sel of Šapat Wine Atelier has been awarded the prestigious “Best of Award of Excellence” for 2024 by the renowned Wine Spectator magazine. This distinguished recognition, earned by only 1,500 restaurants worldwide, represents the pinnacle of excellence in wine programs.
The “Best of Award of Excellence” is given to restaurants that go a step further in their dedication to wine, offering around 350 or more carefully selected labels from top producers, with a wide range of regions and depth of vintages.
These restaurants not only provide an exceptional wine list but also thoughtfully design its presentation, train their staff about wine to offer expert assistance to guests, and allow visitors to learn more about wine through specially selected wine for dinner.
Fleur de Sel of Šapat Wine Atelier is the only restaurant in Serbia to receive this award, and it has achieved this honor in its first year of existence. This recognition is the result of our complete dedication to excellence in every aspect of our wine program.
