We always choose the optimal moment of harvesting of each variety individually. After a short vinification, the wines are aged in barriques and large 3,000-liter barrels. After aging, the wines are cupaged and bottled for additional aging. This is our basic red wine created to be fruity, harmonious, unpretentious and easy to enjoy.
