Restaurant “Fleur de Sel” has been declared the restaurant of the year 2024 by the Vino&Fino, a local specialized magazine for wine and gastronomic culture. The wine Atila Chardonnay 2023 of the “Šapat” wine atelier, has been declared the best white wine in the same selection.
“ Fleur de Sel ” has been selected in the competition of 25 best-graded restaurants, chosen within a wide, all-year poll conducted among the best connoisseurs of the local gastronomic scene.

The wine Atila Chardonnay 2023 of the “Šapat” wine atelier, has been awarded a high 96 points by the expert jury.
“Perfect grapes from the loess and technological precision and thoughtful oenological practice of the technologist Mladen Dragojlović- with aging in different kinds of vessels; from clay, through stainless steel to selected barrels of different formats- resulted in a grand white wine, a testament of the specialty of the terroir around Slankamen and the place of chardonnay on Fruška Gora”, quotes the announcement of the Vino&Fino magazine.
