Two Prestigious Awards for Šapat Atelier from The Prominent Gastronomy Guide “Gault & Millau”
Fleur de Sel is the best rated restaurant in Serbia, Nikola Stojaković, the chef of the year
The restaurant Fleur de Sel is the best-rated in Serbia and has been awarded four Chef Hats, while our chef Nikola Stojaković has been declared the Chef of the year by the renowned gastronomy guide “Gault & Millau”. The edition of “Gault & Millau” is a guide through the exceptional culinary offer of Serbia, and the “hats” are awarded in different categories, emphasizing extraordinary talents and top restaurants in the field of gastronomy.
At the official promotion of the 2024 edition of this guide, which was held on April 24 in the Hyatt Regency Hotel Crystal Hall, three restaurants in Serbia won four “Chef Hats” each, out of a possible five, including Fleur de Sel while eight restaurants received three “hats” each. Awards were also given in the categories: chef of the year, chef of tradition, chef of the future, best sommelier, best pop restaurant, best pastry chef and best young talent.
The guide “Gault & Millau”, founded in 1972 in France, is known for its passion for contemporary cooking and rating both exclusive and traditional restaurants. Its specificity lies in the fact that the rating belongs not only to the restaurant, but to the chef and his gastronomic philosophy as well- which further emphasizes the importance of our Nikola Stojaković from Šapat Wine Atelier, who was chosen as the chef of the year.
